Not so fast, liberty lovers …

Not so fast, liberty lovers.

The reality is that the Dirty Dems won roughly 30-60 percent of the vote in almost all of Tuesday’s elections. Which means that, depending upon the specific election, anywhere from roughly three out of ten to six out of ten voters still favor radical progressivism — or even Marxism.

It’s too late for most of today’s generation of voters, but the goal of those who long for liberty should be to educate future generations. And no matter how successful such an education strategy may be, the good guys should never let their guard down, because it’s naïve to believe that Marxism will ever disappear.

Why? Because of something called “human nature,” which guarantees that there will always be those among us who long for power over others, who want material comforts without having to work for them, or who relish the thought of tearing down those who are more successful than they are.

It’s tough being a human being, but … hey … it’s better than being a mongoose. I think?
