Democrat Creativity

Congratulations to President Trump on getting past the single biggest obstacle to his ascendency to the presidency — assassination.  Those who have been holding their breath waiting for him to be officially installed as president were finally able to exhale on January 20.  Moving forward, however, the challenge will be for Donald Trump to stay alive for four more years and successfully implement his agenda.  Unfortunately, millions of people — many of them violent — want to see him fail on both counts.

What we’ve witnessed over the past ten years is the stuff of novels.  The inarticulate swashbuckler from Queens, whom Charles Krauthammer once dismissed as a “rodeo clown,” is now the most powerful and famous human being on the planet.  It hasn’t been that long ago that Trump was facing 86 felony charges and Trump haters were twitterpating at the thought of being able to call him a convicted felon.  Low-IQ humanoids like Joy Behar, Rachel Maddow, and Jen Psaki were wetting their pants with excitement, confident the orange dragon was finally going to be slain.

Today, those same Trump haters are in mourning as Donald Trump moves at supersonic speed to vanquish all remnants of the Biden nightmare that Americans have been trapped in over the past four years.  And to make matters worse for them, prominent leftwing billionaires — from Mark Zuckerberg to Jeff Bezos to Bill Gates — have boarded the Trump train, an inarguable testament to the power of self-interest.  Ditto with world leaders like Argentina’s Milei, El Salvadore’s Bukele, and Hungary’s Orban.

Most delicious of all, Democrats, whose major strength has always been their resolute determination to both talk and vote in lockstep, have descended into civil war.  Jill hates Kamala for calling Joe a racist in a 2020 Democrat primary debate, Kamala hates Joe for saying he could have beaten Trump, and Joe hates Pelosi, Barack, Schumer, and everyone else who brought his fake presidency to a humiliating end and exposed him for the pathetic fraud he has always been.

Now, with some traditional media folks sharing their Trump-induced state of depression with viewers, many on the right are proclaiming the Democrat Party to be dead.  It’s a wonderful thought, to be sure, but I’m inclined to believe that pronouncements of the Democrats’ demise are premature.  While there have been isolated cases of Democrat activists in the media easing up a tad on their crazed rhetoric, a majority of them are digging in their heels and moving back into an attack mode.

At the same time, deep staters and bureaucrats are working frantically to overrule the will of the people.  It’s outrageous, but it’s a reality that the new administration will have to deal with over the next four years, because the enemies from within have already made it clear they will do whatever it takes to stop Trump from implementing the policies that Americans voted for on November 5.

Liberalism is like a fungus that spreads out of control when not treated early.  Fungi thrive in warm, moist weather, while liberalism thrives in moist brains, in warm or cold weather, that are infested with things like ignorance, guilt, and envy.  Michael Savage was spot on when he adopted the phrase “liberalism is a mental disorder” for the title of his 2006 book.  It’s a phrase that explains why most people infected with the liberal fungus have little or no chance of healing.

Organisms have a natural tendency to do whatever is necessary to stay alive.  In the case of liberalism, hatred is a key to the organism’s survival, and nothing fuels hatred like a devil.  Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and both Bushes were convenient devils for the left, and Donald Trump has filled that role in spectacular fashion over the past ten years.  The simple truth is that Republican presidents feed the Democrats’ natural compulsion to stay alive.

This, I believe, is at the heart of why most Democrats cannot change.  It’s a matter of life and death to them.  It’s become popular for pundits to say Democrats have learned nothing from the last election, but it’s actually worse than that.  They have learned nothing because they don’t want to learn.  When you genuinely believe you are fighting against evil, you have no desire to change.  If you’re convinced of your own virtuosity, why would you ever feel a compulsion to recalibrate your world view?

Thus, it’s no surprise that the silly stuff has already begun — Melania’s hat at the inauguration, Donald Trump not having his hand on the bible as a result of Justice Roberts’ lack of instruction, Elon’s “Nazi salute,” Gayle King lamenting that there were not enough black people at the inauguration, dumb-as-a rock Sunny Hostin insisting that Donald Trump is a DEI hire, and, at one of Trump’s press conferences, a nameless reporter asking the new president, “Do you intend to continue selling products that benefit yourself (sic) personally while you are president?”

Unfortunately, the liberal fungus has spread far beyond the media and the deep state.  The leftwing political activist posing as a minister who admonished Trump to be kind to immigrants was a glaring example of this.  The audaciousness of her attack on a president she was supposed to be blessing was a shock to the system of any civilized person.  Using the pulpit to virtue signal is nothing short of evil.

As to the magnanimous letter Biden’s handlers left in Trump’s desk drawer, I suspect it was just a ploy to soften up the new president so he wouldn’t challenge the preemptive pardons Joe doled out to members of his crime family.  I have always believed that preemptive pardons are unconstitutional, so hopefully the whole farce will come unraveled when it gets to the Supreme Court, but time will tell.  If not, future presidents will be able to preemptively pardon everyone who has ever worked for them or been involved with them in any way, not to mention all of their own family members.

Someone remarked to me the other day that Democrats have just about run out of material for lies and hoaxes, so maybe this time around they won’t be so hard on Trump.  Clearly, he did not understand that when you make stuff up out of thin air, you never run out of material.  Lying gives you the freedom to be creative, and Democrats are the most creative folks on the planet.
