The Phenomenon of Useless People
Posted on June 9, 2025 by Robert Ringer
I’ve always been fascinated by the phenomenon of useless people. The evidence suggests that uselessness has nothing to do with a person’s occupation, because there are useless people in all fields of endeavor — useless waiters, useless teachers, useless plumbers, and useless doctors, to name but a few with whom I’ve had firsthand experience. Even so, I would be inclined to say that, as a group, the most useless people on earth are those involved in government — politicians, bureaucrats, judges, even NGO parasites.
The Supreme Court is a prime example. As a body, it is borderline useless. While it’s true that the Supremes occasionally come up with Constitutionally sound rulings, the shameful fence-sitters — Amy Barrett, Bret Kavanaugh, and John Roberts — guarantee that the Court cannot be counted on to consistently rule in accordance with the law, let alone apply common sense to its decision making. The reason so many Republican appointed justices fall into this category is because, plain simple, they fear Democrat violence but know they have nothing to fear from Republicans.
Since 2016, the Supreme Court has failed to take emergency action to put a stop to the Democrat lawfare against Donald Trump. Most of the cases against him collapsed under their own weight, and the absurd Alvin Bragg conviction will almost certainly be overturned as well. But why does it take so long to get to the truth? The answer is that the process is the punishment, which means the Supreme Court has been complicit in the lawfare against Donald Trump by refusing to move swiftly.
Democrats thought that by overwhelming Trump with legal napalm they could keep him out of the White House. And if the target had been a normal presidential candidate — i.e., anyone other than Donald Trump — that strategy probably would have worked, because a normal person never would have been able to handle the time, money, and stress involved in fighting multiple lawsuits and criminal prosecutions at the same time. Trump not only has money, he possesses incredible toughness, determination, and an almost childlike belief that justice ultimately prevails.
Unfortunately, now that he’s back in the White House, the situation has gotten even worse. Who could have ever imagined that Democrat activists posing as judges would try to usurp the power of the presidency and run the executive branch of the federal government themselves? They ultimately will be overruled, but, again, the process is the punishment. The useless Supreme Court should have made an immediate emergency ruling after the issuance of the first nationwide injunction and admonished all district judges not to interfere with executive functions that are clearly spelled out in the Constitution.
While I’m venting on the subject of useless people, I also feel obliged to mention Jim Jordan and James Comer. I’ve always been impressed with Jordan’s quick mind and awesome articulation skills, but after years of listening to his high-powered rhetoric, I finally had to admit that he never actually does anything to bring lawbreakers to justice. When Jordan is asked something specific like, “Are you going to subpoena the Bidens, his answer is something like, “I sure hope so” or “If they don’t respond to our invitations, I think we’ll probably subpoena them.” Attention, Jim: How about a firm YES! followed by taking swift action?
Then there’s James Comer, who impressed me with his investigation into the biggest political crime in U.S. history, Joe Biden’s RICO operation that laundered tens of millions of dollars through scores of shell corporations. As people became more and more impatient with the lack of follow through, Comer eventually said that if the Democrats’ DOJ wouldn’t act on the evidence he had gathered against the Bidens, he would wait until Donald Trump got into office, then present the evidence to the new GOP Justice Department whom he believed would take action. Which sounded great, but today, more than four months into the second Trump presidency, Comer has not issued a single subpoena related to the Biden family’s influence-peddling crimes.
In fact, he seems to have forgotten all about the Biden’s RICO racket and is now focused on the coverup of the Big Guy’s dementia. Not a good idea. First of all, there was no coverup, because it was always right out there in the open for everyone to see. I saw it, you saw it, everyone in the media saw it, and everyone in the D.C. swamp saw it. What Republicans now allude to as a coverup was just part of an overall plan to keep the presidential puppet in office so the deep state could continue to run the government from behind the curtain.
The so-called dementia coverup is a potential rabbit hole if Republicans continue to pursue it. How do you prove that someone was purposely trying to hide Biden’s veggie brain? How do you prove that his aides were using the autopen to run the government on their own? Do you really believe Biden would say that he didn’t know he was pardoning his son, his brother, or anyone else on the pardon list, for that matter? In fact, he now claims that he made every presidential decision himself (in a press release undoubtedly written by his autopen operators).
The coverup/autopen saga is not a good hill to die on. I hope I’m wrong, but I doubt it will end with anyone being put behind bars, and anything short of that is just another political theatrical production.
Republican politicians and voters who feel sorry for Joe Biden need to wake up and face the facts. Sure, Biden had advanced dementia before he even took office in 2021, but that’s just one issue. He is also, and always has been, a petty and cruel human being, a sociopathic liar, a brazen criminal, and even a child molester (his own daughter wrote about it in her diary!) and incessant hair sniffer. That said, how about focusing on a serious crime like the fact that Biden, Mayorkas, Kamala, and Garland, not to mention those who worked under them, aided and abetted foreign nationals to illegally enter and remain in the country — which is a federal crime!
Robbery, rape, and murder are side issues that are not requirements for deportation. Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the illegal-alien nutcase who used a flamethrower to torch Jews in Boulder, Colorado, has been in the United States for three years but had no criminal record. How did that work out? He should have been deported for overstaying his visa long before he had a chance to hatch his hair-brained scheme to burn Jews alive.
Existing law is clear on the matter of deporting illegal aliens, so it’s time for Republicans to become useful and start firing off subpoenas (Not “invitations”!) to people who have been aiding and abetting illegal entry into the United States. And if those subpoenas are ignored, it’s time to bring about some well-deserved perp walks like the ones Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, and Roger Stone were treated to by Democrats.
