As we’re seeing more today than ever before, the one absolutely certain thing about life is that circumstances continually change. As a result, with the passage of time, it’s a good idea to periodically step back and review your progress, reevaluate what you’ve been doing, and make any necessary course corrections.

Above all else, the most important thing is to not become sedentary — either mentally or physically. No matter how much the world around you changes or what mistakes you make, it’s absolutely essential that you keep on moving. Albert Einstein was right on (What else would you expect?) when he said that nothing happens until something moves.
