Enough with the Damn Lawsuit Already

There were two women I knew I would not be watching Tuesday night — and I didn’t. One was Hillary the Horrible, for obvious reasons … weak stomach, allergies to vermin, etc. The other was Mygyn the Malevolent, because I have an aversion to witnessing a grown woman showering herself with kisses and twisting her body in knots in an attempt to kiss her own buttocks.

That said, I did watch Trump give his prompter speech, and I thought it was short, sweet, and to the point. I especially liked the fact that he went straight into his anti-Ryan mode and fired a number of shots across the bow of the Face of Evil.

But best of all, DT laid off the Trump University thing entirely, which he never should have acknowledged to begin with. First of all, it’s a civil suit, the kind that business people engage in every day. And, as one would expect, guys with deep pockets like Trump are on the receiving end of an inordinate number of frivolous lawsuits.

Second, the suit hasn’t even come to court, yet the media talks about Trump University as though it’s an accepted fact that it’s a scam. I have news for you: Nothing is a scam unless it’s been ruled to be so in a criminal court, and not only has this case not even come to court yet, it’s a civil, rather than criminal, matter!

Third, based on what is now public knowledge, the case should have been dismissed by the non-prejudiced “judge from Indiana” when the originating plaintiff asked to be dropped from the proceedings.

Fourth, neither Hillary nor Bill — not to mention Obama — have ever started or operated a business. As such, they are eminently unqualified to even opine on the matter, given that they’ve lived off the public dole for most of their adult lives.

To borrow from Uncle Bernie, the American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn lawsuit, Donald. Enough already. On to more interesting topics, such as the Clinton Foundation, Hillary’s Wall Street speeches, Benghazi, and her email server and deleted emails, all of which smack of major criminal behavior and all of which have been detrimental to the well-being of America and Americans.

Poor Hillary has no idea what’s coming at her starting next week. Or does she? Either way, it doesn’t really matter, because she’s ill-equipped to handle a bar that’s even a millimeter above Georgie Stephanawfulness. For humanitarian reasons, let’s hope the FBI will be coming by soon to pick up the pieces.

Well, I'm about as sick of hearing about the emails as I was about Watergate years ago. Indict her already! Enough fooling around. Let's get on to more interesting stuff, like watching DT take her apart into the little pieces the FBI should be coming to pick up.

    • Carol says:

With Watergate there was a conclusion. With the Clinton's it just goes on and on and on.

    • Helen Roberts says:

Does anyone seriously think Hilarity Hillary will be indicted???

      • John says:

No. With the FBI being little more than a corrupt, strong arm tool (thanks to his preciousness J. Edgar) of the Administrative Branch, nothing is likely before the election. Those running it know which side their bread is buttered on. If they have anything on her, they'll string it out to see if she's elected. If Trump is elected, I think he will suddenly become so occupied by a s!*t-storm (pardon my French) of political and personal attacks, civil unrest, and foreign affairs meddling from every direction, he won't have time to find out what the FBI knows about Hillary.

I'll be very surprised if he doesn't end up having to declare martial law, dissolve Congress and suspend the Constitution to deal with it.

        • patg2 says:

That's more pessimistic than I am prepared to be.

        • Walter says:

He doesn't have the power to dissolve Congress and get rid of the Constitution. Martial law is a joke there in enough people to enforce it. And I'm American not at subject of the government.

      • patg2 says:

We can always hope, as hope springs eternal and all that jazz. Still, it will be a surprise. She'll get her comeuppance in the end. I believe in perfect justice.

      • Steven Lamoureaux says:

Yes, yes and I can't wait we're going to have a party

    • This whole presidential election is a disgrace to our country. Trump has the lowest IQ at 120 Hillery is being called a criminal and all of them are to busy cutting the others throats.Do we really want these people running our country. It scares me to think of this.

Spot on article. Sharing on my Facebook wall.

  3. Robert Koonce says:

I would have to agree, It's time to start putting the screws to the Clinton Crime syndicate. Being a Medically Disabled person myself, I'd really like to see ALL the crooks in D.C. run out of town on a rail.

    • Bonnie Benz says:

Love your "Clinton Crime Syndicate " do very true

    • Jim Hallett says:

A very nice thought, Robert K, but then there would be nobody left, and the statists would never stand for that, despite the fact, it would be the biggest blessing for the citizens as a whole. We can keep hoping Hildabeast will get her due, and for all the victims like Vince Foster and those in Benghazi who lost their lives due to the Clinton Crime Syndicate, it would be justice – albeit too late to save them.

      • Robert Koonce says:

Yes sir, those that have already gone on, It's too late. Question is do the rest of us want to join them? I personally feel that if Odumbass and his justice department don't act on SHITLERY, they won't have the credibility to prosecute a JAYWALKING CASE anymore. So bet that if I ever have a federal agent show up at my door, I'm going to laugh in their faces and open fire.

  4. Let's face it hellacious Hillary and her scumy group are only creative when it comes to bold faced lying and covering their good for nothing collective butts. To belabor or compair anything Donald might be suspected of with any of the MANY things that have factually been done by the bitch, would be like comparing a beach ball with a grain of sand. She and her cohorts are having one heck of a time finding anything credible to try and make him trip & fall.

  5. Joseph says:

This is going to be a fun election, because Donald Trump is not bound by the normal constraints and political correctness that scares most candidates. Trump is going to go after her and Bill with both barrels and then what is the Hildabeast gong to do? Hide behind her insufferable lackeys in the slobbering media? Hope the evil George-Step-On-All-Of-Us will pull her butt out of the fire? Who cares about some mundane civil lawsuit? I'm waiting until the inevitable rioters and anarchists torch Philadelphia and Cleveland during the conventions. It will indeed be a long hot summer.

  6. Tim says:

Slow down, fellas! Let's let Trump take a wire brush to her delicate skin first before ripping her limbs off. She deserves to twist slowly in the wind.

  7. Marte says:

As usual, you're "right on" on all points. The self-serving judge needs to be knocked down a few pegs. (Did you read Ann Coulter's column today? If not – do!)

The only reason Hillary is not in prison is… corruption on many levels?

I love your description of Megyn – I can't stand the sight of her evil eyes. Paired with her self-love, she's enough to "gag a maggot."

  8. Rocketman says:

If anyone had any idea that this was going to be a "normal" election let me put your mind to rest. "Hell on Earth" Hillary is going to pull out ALL THE STOPS to get elected. She wants to be the president so bad that right now she will do what ever it takes to get there and that means the country can go hang for all she cares. Google is getting behind her in changing the news stories in order to "soften" her negatives and make her more presentable to the public. Me, I'm making plans to leave as soon as I'm able because she is going to get the U.S. into WW3.

    • Johnny Twosheds says:

I'm looking for alternatives to living in the U.S. as well. I love this country, but with the Pant-suited Princess about to finish off what Obama could get around to destroying, this country is "game over." I think it will be funny to see many Gringos head to Central and South America. To improve their quality of life. The irony will be extremely rich…I mean, "rico!"

      • Richard Lee Van DV says:

The Philippines where I now live (as an American ex-pat) is good because English is widely spoken here, unlike in other Asian countries, and because there are so many of us here. And, people here, rich or poor, actually SMILE, unlike in the States. And happy. And, Filipinos love to sing, and do. A lot! And, it is much cheaper to live here, but not in all ways. A buddy of mine moved to Vietnam and loves it there. Cheaper than the PI, but, English is not common. He already knew some language, and is happy studying more. Not all of us would be. I really, really got tired of unhappy and angry people in the States. So after doing a job there in 92, I returned. And considering how things have gone in the States, I'm happy that I did. In my case, however, I am not close with what's left of family, nor my better friends. Many variables to consider, however. Depends on one's situation, and inclinations. Being an adaptable type helps. I had planned on Mexico, but, that country changed from the 50s and 60s, as we all know.

  9. Reality Seeker says:

I call Donald the "Great White Shark". Remember the movie, "Jaws"? That's DT.

Jaws is lurking, brooding, circling around and around, but not on the surface. This Great White is smarter than the average shark. Unfortunately, DT can't resist a bucket full of chum. He's hungry. And when the MSM chummed the water with a bucket of smelly race bait, Jaws couldn't resist. He had to expose himself. Yes, like in the move, Jaws surfaced. And who was there waiting to harpoon The Great White???????

????????? Paul Ryan, Newt Gingrich and dozens and dozens of other two-bit neocons. That's who.

But here's the funny part: every time somebody manages to harpoons DT, he dives back down and takes the harpoon and barrel(s) with him. Down, down, down he swims with powerful thrusts. Then, back up The Great White comes, full speed, leaping threw the air like a giant flying fish, jaws wide open, striking the shark hunter(s) and tearing off body parts. The water turns red with blood. And some neocon is either crippled or terminal.

For almost a year I've watched one neocon after another end up in the maw of The Great White. It's been very gratifying.

Now, The Great White is directly under Hillary's boat. Can you here the music?

I think Hillary and Bill "need a bigger boat"………

    • Robert Ringer RJR says:

Very clever – and a perfect analogy. But most Republicans still don't get it.

      • Of course they don't get it. Because most Republicans are actually Democrats.

        • Johnny Twosheds says:

Its true. There is a Republican wing and a democrat wing in the Democrat Party. Too bad there is barely a Republican wing in the Republican party.

      • Jim Hallett says:

Indeed a very good analogy of the Great White (DT) Shark. Most RINOs are simply "progressive lite", which is why they follow folks like Lindsay Graham (on his way to Dusseldorf for Bilderberg 2016 btw, so the whole world can figure out a way to stop the Donald), Paul Ryan, and other milquetoast neocons. I may not be a full-fledged Trump supporter, but I am most certainly a Hildabeast Hater! He will tear her to shreds, regardless of what the FBI will or won't do. I see Ovomit has now officially endorsed Hildabeast. What a surprise! The crooks stick together ("thick as thieves") to destroy freedom for all.

        • Jim Hallett says:

Dresden, not Dusseldorf, as the it is in the former East Germany, while Dusseldorf is in what was known as West Germany.

      • Reality Seeker says:

Aye aye, Captain! I can here (sic) the music and sea (sic) the Great White going threw (sic) the air……

Please pardon the above spelling errors.

  10. chris says:

If you would like some interesting reading dig into the clinton machine "white water scandal" he and she should have done time but the main witness a ms susan mcdougal was so afraid of them she spent time in jail on contempt charges but never testafied against them

    • Because she knew another body bag awaited her. Even in America one can get away with murder. Depending.

    • Jim Hallett says:

There are many sordid tales in the Arkanicide files, and of course, Vince Foster was about to reveal some information that would have damned them in the Whitewater case, so he had to be eliminated. The media are such pukes that NONE of them have ever demanded that the Clintons show one video camera that showed Foster leaving the White House on his last day. He ate lunch there and then was killed before being carried to the Ft. Marcy Park staging grounds for the suicide hoax. The Clintons are the very face of evil, and yet the media presstitutes are preoccupied with whether Donald Trump makes "insensitive" or bigoted remarks.

  11. Scott theczech says:

Oh yea…he's gonna make her cry!

  12. JUrgis says:

by hook or by crook, shillery will be the next president … and bill clinton has duped America into letting him be president for another two terms …

  13. Rock Roach says:

Trump is doing so badly, that he is already leading in Fla and Pennsylvania. And we hadn' t got to the debates,
real issues, indictments, etc. And please Hillary keep attacking trump, and his business dealings and avoid your
    foreign affairs questions.
The thing that gets me is Hillary actually out polls Trump amongst people being polled about foreign affairs.
Have these people been living under a rock for 8 years?Because anyone that says "Hillary" shouldn't even be allowed to vote.

  14. Paul says:

Why not have a national contest to see who can come with the most appellations for Hillary? I saw a number of good ones in the foregoing e-mails. After obtaining a list, you could even ask people to vote for the top ten (which really means the bottom ten, though there are not enough on the bottom to describe her chameleon characteristics adequately, none of which are good). When her husband (largely in name only) was in office, we had Billery and Shillery – at a minimum – the letters of which somehow come out to "BS." Coincidence? Not hardly. In my book written in 2000 (CLINTON'S CARNAGE OF CONGRESS, CONSTITUTION AND COUNTRY), I made some references to "Bed-Mill Bill," as a reflection on his reputation. However, I pulled it off of the internet, lest I end up a victim of Killary's secret police. In fact, I even had a warning call from a well-known name, so I decided that I wanted to live a little longer. I could go on, but you know the picture….

  15. Robby Bonfire says:

Actually, the Clinton's OWN this country, so I don' think any set-back to their power-mongering agenda is in the offing.

  16. Jean says:

The Trump University lawsuit actually has greater ramifications to the revenue streams of many television stations. If the courts deem Trump U. to have been a "scam," how many other similarly constructed programs that routinely air 30-minute infomercials will be impacted by that decision? Can you say "NV Real Estate Academy" (or any of the handful of "I'll teach you how to make millions flipping real estate" course pitchmen out there?) In its effort to demonize Trump via Trump University, the MSM has also successfully demonized some of its prime revenue sources.

  17. I am very ashamed for the american people. They have sunk to a level during this election I would not have thought possible. Our people have slithered down to Trumps level with his derogatory remarks about other people I can only hope that those of you that has decided to follow his example do not claim to be Christians if so may God help you
