I tried … I really tried. But after …

I tried … I really tried. But after about 45 minutes, I just couldn’t keep my eyes open, so I had to turn off the Marxicratic Party lovefest on CNN last night. I knew it was going to be boring, but not THAT boring.

It was as though the three clowns, the criminal, and Jim Webb were running for a completely different office than the Republicans. (I separated Jim Webb from the others because, though I don’t know anything about him, he seemed like a reasonable fellow who was actually trying to talk about serious matters.)

In the brief time that I was awake and watching, the Marxist candidates heard nary a word about Watergate II (read, the Clinton email scandal), Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation, the Iran giveaway, illegal immigration and sanctuary cities, Obamacare, or Planned Parenthood’s infanticide practices, to name but a few of the more serious missing topics.

When you cut through all the schmaltz, all anyone was talking about was how much of whose wealth should be confiscated and to whom it should be given. It was Marxism in all its splendor.

If establishment Republicans don’t screw things up, the right GOP candidate should win in the biggest landslide in the history of presidential elections. But don’t underestimate the determination of the Will-Krauthammer-Rove axis. They’re not about to go quietly into the night.
