Arthur Laffer, is the founder and CEO of the economic research firm Laffer Associates, and the developer of the Laffer Curve. Mr. Laffer served as a member of Reagan’s Economic Policy Advisory Board from 1981-1989. He is the author of many books and his articles have been featured in various publications.
